1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content and recruitment services of SV Management Consultants ("SVMC", "we", "us", "our"), located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By accessing this website, submitting a resume, posting a requirement, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("you", "User", "Candidate" or "Client") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Candidate" means any individual who submits information, a resume or an application through us.
  • "Client" / "Employer" means any organisation that engages SVMC to source, screen or recommend candidates.
  • "Services" means manpower recruitment, executive search, staffing, screening, advisory and related services provided by SVMC.
  • "Staff" means SVMC's directors, consultants, recruiters, employees, agents and representatives.

3. Nature of Our Services (No Guarantee of Employment)

SVMC acts solely as an intermediary that introduces candidates to employers. We do not guarantee, warrant or promise: (a) employment, interviews, offers or placement to any Candidate; (b) the suitability, performance, honesty or retention of any Candidate to any Client; or (c) any particular salary, role, timeline or outcome. All final hiring, selection, remuneration and termination decisions rest exclusively with the Client. SVMC is not the employer of any Candidate placed with a Client.

4. No Fees from Candidates

SVMC does not charge job seekers any fee for registering, submitting a resume or being considered for opportunities. SVMC, its Staff and authorised representatives will never demand money, security deposits or payment of any kind from a Candidate in exchange for a job. Any person doing so is acting fraudulently and without our authority; please report such incidents immediately to support@svmanagement.com. SVMC accepts no liability for losses arising from dealings with impostors or unauthorised third parties.

5. Accuracy of Information & User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that all information you provide (including your resume, qualifications, experience, identity and contact details) is true, accurate, current, lawful and your own. You agree not to misrepresent facts, impersonate any person, or submit forged, plagiarised or fraudulent documents. SVMC is not responsible or liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by you, and reserves the right to remove, reject or report such information.

6. Consent to Process & Share Information

By submitting your details, you expressly consent to SVMC collecting, storing, processing and sharing your information with prospective Clients and for the purpose of providing our Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting support@svmanagement.com.

7. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate, lawful and non-discriminatory job requirements.
  • Use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment, keep it confidential, and not retain or recirculate it beyond that purpose.
  • Honour agreed commercial terms and not circumvent SVMC to avoid fees by engaging an introduced candidate directly or through another party.
  • Comply with all applicable labour, employment and data-protection laws.

8. Acceptable Use & Conduct Toward Our Staff

To protect SVMC and its Staff, you agree that you will not:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, intimidate or behave aggressively toward any member of our Staff, whether in person, by phone, email, messaging or on social media;
  • Make false, malicious or defamatory statements about SVMC or its Staff;
  • Use the website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or harmful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, scrape, overload, hack or disrupt the website, its data or systems;
  • Spam, send malware, or collect data of other users without consent.

SVMC reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate access, withhold introductions, and pursue legal remedies against any User who breaches this clause. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of our employees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, layout, images and software — is the property of SVMC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. The names "SV Management Consultants" and "SVMC" and our logo are our trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees (if any) actually paid by you to SVMC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SVMC and its Staff from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) information you submit; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any abusive or unlawful conduct toward our Staff.

14. Confidentiality

Any confidential information exchanged between you and SVMC in the course of the Services shall be used only for the intended purpose and not disclosed to unauthorised parties.

15. Suspension & Termination

SVMC may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the website or Services, and remove any content, if we believe you have breached these Terms or acted unlawfully or abusively.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
